Pic2Cook Data Deletion
At Pic2Cook, we value your privacy and your rights to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Data
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by following these steps:
- Log in to your Pic2Cook account associated with the data you want to delete.
- Navigate to your Profile Settings.
- Look for the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the settings page.
- Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account and data.
Alternatively, if you are unable to access your account or prefer to make a request via email, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address adjacent to your request to help us expedite the process.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon your request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:
- Your account profile information (name, email, avatar).
- Any authentication data associated with third-party providers (e.g., Google, Apple).
- All your uploaded recipes, photos, and generated content.
- Your saved bookmarks, likes, and comments.
Data Retention
Once your deletion request is processed, your data will be removed from our customized active databases immediately. Please note that some data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period solely for disaster recovery purposes, after which it will be automatically overwritten.
